  97. (local).  Should have scalability, load balancing, type of service
  98. routing, no hop count limit, multicast routing.  Link state vs.
  99. distance vector?  Based on a Standard with a transition strategy.  Apple
  100. will work independently, with Standards groups and with individual
  101. organizations.  No commitment to use what comes out of the Standards
  102. Group.
